Elisha's potato soup

5 Large Potatoes peeled and cut
4 Cups Chicken Stock
4 Leaks Cut
1 Medium sized onion
1 ½ cup Heavy Cream
2 Table Spoons Sour Cream
1 Stick Butter
½ teaspoon Caraway Spice
Sea Salt and Fresh Ground Pepper to taste.
----It’s going to take more salt than you think
Cooked Bacon
Chives (Optional)


Boil the potatoes do not cook all the way soft
Drain water
Add:
Chicken stock
Leaks
Onions
Heavy cream
Sour cream
Butter
Caraway spice
Salt and pepper
Let cook over med heat for about 30 min
Top with chives and bacon
